      <p>Mijn dochter en ik bezochten het restaurant afgelopen donderdag. Restaurant met heel veel liefde. Dat wordt gevoeld in het zeer vriendelijke personeel, de "meedenkende" kok en... de prettige rekening. </p>

      <p>We lunchten in juni op het terras na een flinke fietstrip. Het eten was prima, en vooral de service: zullen we even uw bidons vullen? Geweldig. Een aanrader omdat er zoveel zorg aan het eten en aan ons werd besteed.</p>

      <p>Bijzonder restaurant wat gerund wordt door cliënten van Arduin. Gerechten zijn heerlijk en hebben een goede prijs. Inrichting is prachtig. Het personeel doet zijn/haar uiterste best het naar je zin te maken. De wijn wordt keurig ingeschonken en de jassen worden aangenomen en uiteindelijk weer aangereikt. Zin in een avondje anders. Di-vers is zeker een aanrader!</p>

      <p>Op een vrijdagavond naar Di-Vers gegaan met vrienden.
<br />Di-vers is een bijzonder restaurant. Het bijzondere is dat het een onderdeel van Stichting Arduin is en waar ook enthousiaste mensen met een licht verstandelijke handicap helpen in de bediening en in de keuken. 
<br />We kiezen vooraf de pastasalade met gerookte kip, de champignons gevuld met groente en brie. Als hoofdgerecht nemen we de spareribs, de mixed grill en de gegrilde makreelfilet en we sluiten af met huisgemaakt yoghurtijs met aardbeien en huisgemaakt stracciatella ijs met een chocolade muffin.
<br />De voorgerechten zijn in beide gevallen een tegenvaller. De pasta van de gerookte kip is in het geheel niet op smaak gebracht. De twee champignons zijn erg waterig en niet smakelijk. De groentevulling en de kaas zijn niet smakelijk genoeg om de champignon op smaak te brengen.
<br />We krijgen er een mandje stokbrood bij. Wat wel lekker is, is de kruidenboter. Deze komt zeker niet uit een pakje en lijkt huisgemaakt.
<br />Wanneer het hoofdgerecht wordt geserveerd is de mixed grill te ver doorbakken. De biefstuk is well done, de hamburger en de kip wat te droog.
<br />Een positieve uitzondering is de gegrilde makreelfilet, deze is prima, erg lekker! We krijgen er aardappelparten bij, gefrituurd en in de schil. 
<br />Het nagerecht is gelukkig weer goed. Het yoghurtijs is smakelijk en er ligt lekker veel aardbei op het bord. De dames in ons gezelschap zijn bijzonder gecharmeerd van de chocolademuffin bij het stacciatella ijs. 
<br />Wanneer de tafel wordt afgeruimd wordt ons alle vier een bakje koffie aangeboden vanwege de doorbakken biefstuk. Een bijzonder aardig en gewaardeerd gebaar.
<br />Het eten is eenvoudig doch bedenk wel dat het hier een restaurant betreft met een zeer te waarderen ideëel doel.

      <p>Onder het genot van een zoet wit wijntje hebben wij genoten van een heerlijke maaltijd. Een beperkte keus op de kaart maakt dat de gerechten die gekozen kunnen worden kwalitatief goed en smaakvol zijn. 
<br />De sfeer, de inrichting, de gastvrijheid en service van het personeel maken het uit eten gaan hier tot een gezellige en smaakvolle ervaring. 
<br />En dat alles waarvoor je meer wilt betalen dan de rekening zegt.  </p>

<p>Wij hebben genoten en kunnen dit restaurant zeker aanbevelen.</p>

      <p>Geachte,
<br />Ik heb 22 aug 2012 in het restaurant met 8 personen gegeten. De producten waarmee werd gekookt waren vers. Toch vonden we dat de gerechten niet compleet waren. Groenten die bij een mosselpannetje horen geef je niet als groente bij een hoofdgerecht. De wachttijd was ook veel te lang, zeker wanneer er maar 12 gasten in totaal aanwezig waren. En we in de open keuken 5 koks althans daar zagen ze naar uit aanwezig waren. Jammer want de inrichting gaf ons een goede indruk.</p>
